- * 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- * 3 cloves garlic minced
- * 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- * 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- * 2 cups tomato sauce or marinara
- * 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- * 2 cups fresh spinach
- * ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- * Salt & pepper to taste

**Cook Pasta** – Bring salted water to a boil, cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside.
