Ingredients
  

  • lbs premium breakfast sausage preferably country-style
  • 10 large farm-fresh eggs
  • cups whole milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 2 16 oz cans premium buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. .
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, and seasonings
  • Spread the sausage in an even layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over sausage
  • Sprinkle with cheese blend
  • Arrange biscuits on top
  • Brush with melted butter
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown

All dairy ingredients should be at room temperature
