  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prep Work (15 mins) : Remove sausage from casings, Dice onions, carrots, and celery, Mince garlic , Measure remaining ingredients
