Ingredients

  • *For the Crust:*
  • - 6 graham crackers crushed
  • - 2 tbsp melted butter
  • - 1 tbsp sugar
  • *For the Filling:*
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1/4 cup sugar
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • - Fresh berries for topping
  • 2 :Personal Pita Pizzas
  • 2 whole wheat pita breads
  • - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • - Your choice of toppings vegetables, pepperoni, etc.
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - Italian seasoning to taste
  • 3 : Mini Breakfast Quiches
  • 4 large eggs
  • - 1/4 cup milk
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • - 1/4 cup diced ham or bacon
  • - 1/4 cup diced vegetables
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • 1:No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes: Mix crushed graham crackers,
    melted butter, and sugar,
    Press mixture into 4 small mason jars or ramekins,
    Beat cream cheese until smooth,
    Add sugar and vanilla,
    mix well, Fold in whipped cream,
    Divide mixture between containers
    Chill for 2 hours, Top with fresh berries before serving
    MINI CHEESECAKE
  • 2:Personal Pita Pizzas: Preheat oven to 425°F
    Brush pitas with olive oil
    Spread sauce on each pita
    Add cheese and toppings
    Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy
    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
    PIZZA
  • 3: Mini Breakfast Quiches: Preheat oven to 375°F
    Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
    Whisk eggs and milk together
    Add cheese, meat, and vegetables
    Pour into muffin cups
    Bake for 18-20 minutes until set
