Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

  • Prepare the Pineapple Mixture: In a bowl, mix drained pineapple chunks and crushed pineapple. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour, then mix into the pineapple until evenly coated.

  • Add Cheese: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  • Make the Topping: Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and stir until coated. Sprinkle this over the pineapple and cheese.
